The Syndicat des Vignerons, the Jeunes Vignerons and the Municipalities of Châteauneuf-du-Pape are pleased to announce the launch of the 59th edition of the Saint-Marc Wine Competition, open to all producers and wine merchants of the appellation.
Supervised by a court-appointed bailiff, the tastings will focus on red wines from the 2024, 2023 and 2022 vintages, as well as white wines from the 2025 and 2024 vintages.
The winners will be unveiled during a gala evening held on Friday, April 24, 2026, in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This edition will be particularly significant, as 2026 marks the 90th anniversary of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC. The winners list will receive extensive coverage in several specialised media outlets.
A highlight of the celebrations, the gala dinner will bring together winemakers, partners and local stakeholders for a unifying evening dedicated to the excellence and heritage of the appellation.
Since 1967, the Saint-Marc Wine Competition has established itself as a key event in the wine calendar, celebrating the excellence of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines in a spirit of conviviality and shared pride.
