Domaine des 3 Cellier invites you Friday, April 17th at 7pm for a new edition of the “L’Instant Gourmand des 3 Cellier”, a unique evening in the heart of our winery in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
On the program:
Chef Matthieu Malvoisin, with more than 25 years of experience in prestigious houses (Hotel de Paris in Monaco, Château de la Messardière, Royal Hotel in Évian…), will make you travel with a refined menu specially designed to enhance their wines.
And on the menu:
- Starter: Asparagus from thz region, black garlic, parmesan, Medjoul dates
- Dish: Beef confit cannelloni with spinach, full-bodied juice with carrot
- Cheese: Goat cheese, spring flowers
- Dessert: Strawberry crumble, rhubarb, hibiscus, Sichuan pepper
