30% Grenache et 70% Syrah

Profoundly intense ruby red colour with nice blue reflections.

Rich and intense nose: fresh red and black fruit jam, soft spices (tarragon), liquorice stick and notes of wild herbs to finish.

The mouth feel is candid, rich, fresh and displays remarkable balance with smoothness and lively elegance. Very good concentration. Cherry, kirsch, white pepper and tarragon. Very complex and long finish. A lasting flavour of strong liquorice.
