Brilliant ruby sustained and slightly purple color, very expressive nose of black cherry mixed with humus, licorice, rosemary, menthol slightly camphor with notes of strawberries, lavender and blood orange. The palate is centered on pure Grenache fruit: smooth, fruity, round red fruit jam, suave, juicy, elegant, fine, deep lickerish with a good balance and without excess power. The liquoricy final highlights beautifully textured tannins already silky and soft.
