Cuvée produced in limited quantities. A blend of Grenache blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Bourboulenc, from the “La Crau” area, considered to be one of the best and oldest in the appellation. The wine is aged in demi-muids for 8 months.
La Crau de ma Mère blanc is a gastronomic wine that can be enjoyed in its young years, but still has a good ageing potential. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits. Its mouth is harmonious, ample combining richness and freshness.
