Blending of our oldest vines of Grenache coming from the rocky plateau called “La Crau”, (just in the southeast – 70 to 100 years old), & an another parcel on Coudoulet terroir, with our oldest vines of Mourvèdre (from a parcel around the estate – average age 40 years old)
Vinification in wooden vats during 5+ weeks - Elevages in big oak vats, demi-muids (mourvèdres)
