Terroir
4 Ha vineyard located in Bédarrides, in the south eastern part of the appellation, on the edge of Châteauneuf du Pape’s Plateau de la Crau (the quintessential terroir of this AOC). The soil is a mix of sand and clay with many pebbles and flat stones.
Grape varieties
60% Grenache, 40% Mourvèdre. High quality vines that are between 50-70 years old.
Harvest and Vinification
Hand harvested, with extreme selection. Totally destemmed then fermented using natural yeasts in stainless steel vats for a period of 3 to 4 weeks. The wine is then aged in steel tanks for 30 months.

28-30 HL/Ha.
