TASTING NOTES

Brightly coloured with cherry red tinte lightly maderised. Complex aromas of cooked red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry...), prune jam, cherries in brandy, marks of leather and tobacco with some mineral marks lightely smoked, a “garrigues“ expression in mouth (thyme, rosemary...) a good volume, and tanins.
