The Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Domaine Pégau Cuvée Réservée 2019 is available on the market since May 2020.
The Cuvée Réservée is made every year and represents about 4000 bottles.
The blend is composed of 4 white grape varieties from a single plot: Les Relagnes. These grape varieties are planted on clay soil in the heart of the appellation.
The 4 grape varieties are picked and gently pressed. The juice is cold-settled and the natural fermentation process is spread over a month at 14°C. The wine remains in stainless steel tanks until bottling under sterile filtration without malolactic fermentation.
