The cuvée name, « Les Apôtres » relates to the different varietals allowed in the appellation Chateauneuf du Pape, originating from collection parcels of very old vines with many different varietals within the same parcel (some are centenaries).

Grapes have been hand selected among sandy and pebbles parcels on specific vines offering exceptional sanitary state and excellent ripeness.
