Cultivated in respect of its biodiversity, the Domaine St Patrice flourishes at the rhythm of rigor and precision. Always attentive to the soil and the vines, Jérôme and Samuel work in a traditional way without ever using a chemical weed killer.
With experience and time, their know-how allows to perfectly master each stock. The old methods of ploughing, such as shouldering and decatravail, prevailed at St Patrice’s. Picked by hand, the grapes are carefully sorted. The vinification in whole harvest is carried out in a gentle and natural way on the principle of infusion.
