San Mark is the feast of winegrowers. It originally had a religious dimension to both popular and rural. Over the past centuries, a procession went at dawn through the vineyards to the three shrines dedicated to the common San-Mark. His statue, out of the church, was carried by young winemakers. At noon, the villagers went to the tower of Hers to have a meal together. The winemakers were taste their best wines, the festival lasted until the end of the night.
