Les Granges des Papes is a selection of grapes from our partner estates and our winegrowers.
The barns were built during the sixteenth century throughout the southern Rhone Valley to shelter the food of the popes. Located in the heart of a famous pebble terroir, the vines of this Châteauneuf-du-Pape give birth to an exceptional wine.
Produced on a terroir of rolled pebbles and silicious soils, the grapes are harvested at their optimum maturity, crushed and destemed. The vinification is traditional with a long maceration (4to5 weeks).
