Hélène Chouvet Coton, heir to the seventh generation, seemed destined to continue this winemaking adventure. An oenologist, she surveys her 45-hectare vineyard spread across eight communes, overseeing magnificent terroirs with legendary appellations: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise, Côtes-du-Rhône…
But beyond tradition, she breathes a new soul. Attentive to the whispers of the earth, she lets nature guide her hand. In 2012, organic farming became a natural choice. Ambitious and measured, vibrant and humble, Hélène creates a unique signature: here, innovation isn’t found in technology, but in the strength of human connection.
